- Non-Returnable: Modified or customized containers are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
3. Return Process

- Return Authorization: Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our customer service team. Returns without a RAN will not be accepted.
